Rates $50.00 Damage Deposit Insurance Fee & $25.00 Reservation Fee 2 Night Minimum (3 Nights during Holidays and Events) 8% State Room Tax will be added to below rates. Rates INCLUDE Basic Cleaning Fee, Linens, Towels, & Dish Detergent. Half (1/2) of the Total Reservation Amount plus the $50 Damage Deposit Insurance & $25 Reservation Fee is due when reservation form is submitted. Final Half is due 14 days prior to arrival date.
