Lake Travis Water Fun is a fully fenced Private Waterfront House with Covered Boat Dock located in Spicewood, Texas. With 100 feet of Waterfront on the Pedernales River, you are right in the heart of the best "water sport" area on the lake. Waterfun is located near mile marker 36 on Lake Travis. You have the best choice on the lake when it comes to location. You can Tube, Wakeboard, Ski or Barefoot in front of the house or venture up the Colorado River to anchor and relax in a cove. You can also take a trip on Lake Travis and hit some of the favorite restaurants on the lake like The Pier, Johnny Fins or Carlos and Charlie's. Not bringing your boat? We have a gentleman who will deliver a boat to the closest boat ramp (which is less than a mile from the house) so you can explore the lake and enjoy your time at Lake Travis Waterfun!

In the evening, there is a custom rock fire pit that the kids love to roast marshmellows by or just have some time with the adults enjoying a cold drink while watching the sun go down from the large deck on the back porch.
