Lake Travis Water Fun is a private waterfront house located in Spicewood, Texas (35 miles Northwest of Austin) with 100 feet of waterfront on the Pedernales River on Lake Travis--right near the best "water sport" area on the lake. The lake views from the covered deck are beautiful.  Fenced yard in a quiet area with a gentle walk down to the water and the Boat/Swimming/Fishing dock. The house has 2 BR and 1 full BA and sleeps up to 8 comfortably. We provide all Linens, Towels, Paper Products, Dish Detergent, and Trash Bags.
